At the time of stock inward, user can also define it’s MRP with or without labor charges based on their pre defined mark up percentage.

You can issue a regular sale bill to your customers and at the time of issuing such invoice you can decide to maintain outstanding in either metal or currency or both. ORNATE also facilitates you to maintain Gold or Silver outstanding in Fine metal and charges for diamonds, stones, beads or labour in currency. Finally, customer payments can be received in metal or currency by using Rate Fixing option of ORNATE.

At the time of issuing sales invoice to your customers, the image of the each item sold can be printed on such bill / invoice. Alternatively, packing list can be issued with images to customers. One can also prepare Guarantee Cards for each piece of diamond ornament.

You can also issue items on approval basis to your customers. This will enable you to maintain approval stock lying with customers, approval return entries as well as preparation of sales invoice against stock sent on approval.

Here facility to give customer wise sales discount is also available. A separate report for customer wise discount given within a specific period is also available.

All vouchers like sales invoice, metal receipt and cash or cheque receipt can be printed on line along with entering data.

You can choose to maintain accounting in integrated format (i.e. being updated with all sales, purchase, manufacturing and stock transfer transactions on line) or disintegrated format as per your requirements.

Powerful design management allows you to link design of each item with their respective tags. Users can select required designs and prepare catalogs and quotations. Based on design library, it will display design browser with their respective design number.

This module helps in interfacing Weighing scale and tallying the physical weight of the ornaments with the recorded entry. This feature can also be used to validate the total weight of items sold against every invoice.
